Free Delivery Terms
Delivery is free of charge to most of the UK on all items in store however if you are in a remote area such as the Scottish Highlands*, some areas of Wales and the North East please contact us for charges which range from £19.99 to £99.99
*Please note that the postcodes classed as Scottish Highlands can vary, depending on supplier courier & their own zone rules. Please contact us for more information.
Standard Free Home Delivery
Products with a 7-14 working day lead time are delivered by our dedicated courier service. They will contact you prior to your delivery to confirm a date and give you a three hour time slot for your delivery. They are a one-man delivery service and all items will be delivered to your doorstep. On most occasions they are in certain areas of the country on certain days of the week, so your delivery may be on a certain day of the week, however we do try and be as flexible as possible.
All deliveries are made on any working weekdays, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7am to 7pm. We aim to be as flexible as possible and on selected items, you will be able to choose your own delivery date. Please either contact us or refer to the product page for availability and cost. If the item qualifies for a 2 man delivery this will be booked in with you a minimum of 48 hours in advance and in some cases you will be given a 3 hour time window.
Next Day Delivery
Next day availability is stated on the product page. Orders placed before 1:30pm on selected vendors, Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 1:30pm will be delivered the next following working day. Orders placed before 1:30pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, any time after 1:30pm the order will be delivered on Tuesday. Alternatively you can select a convenient delivery date for yourself on the product page before the checkout.
When placing an order for multiple items on our website, please note that these items may be sourced from different manufacturers. As a result, you may receive more than one delivery for your order. While we strive to arrange deliveries to occur simultaneously, this is subject to availability and logistical constraints.Where possible, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track you order right up to the point of delivery. Please note the following:
- - Next day delivery is an all-day service from 7am - 7pm;
- - The delivery driver will not call in advance before arriving;
- - Item(s) are delivered using a 1 man delivery service;
- - Item(s) will only be delivered to the front door. Unfortunately the driver can not go inside the building for weight and insurance reasons;
- - Item(s) being delivered to a flat or apartment will be delivered to the lobby/entrance only.
- - Our standard delivery service includes hallway delivery. If you require a room-of-choice delivery, please contact us to make arrangements. Please note that this may entail additional cost
- - Please note, that deliveries to locations without a lift will be brought up to the 2nd floor by our drivers.
- - Changing your address after the cut-off time may result in adjustments to the delivery schedule. While we strive to maintain the original delivery date, it ultimately depends on the carrier's route and logistical considerations.
Tracking Your Delivery
If you need to track your delivery, please email our delivery team quoting your full name and order number. Alternatively, please call us and a member of staff will happily check your delivery progress. If you have any further questions regarding our delivery lead times, please contact us.
Delivery Lead Times
We deliver directly from our manufacturers in order to ensure you receive your good(s) as quickly as possible. Our delivery lead times therefore vary and are dependant on the manufacturer of the good(s) you have ordered. All delivery lead times are clearly stated at the top of the product page. Whilst over 96% of our deliveries are made well within the delivery lead time, these are approximations and on certain occasions, factors beyond our control, such as weather, can result in small delays.
Deliveries to remote areas and the following postcodes may take longer due to location and may occur a surcharge:

Falkirk and Stirling - FK *
Inverness - IV *

Kilmarnock - KA29-30 *
Paisley - PA1-19 *

Unfortunately we do not deliver to Northern Ireland and offshore islands, at this current time.
Delivery Information
If you need to notify us of any parking issues, narrow roads, and difficult access points, please contact us at support@bedkingdom.co.uk, or call us on 01924 950 108 so that we can pass the message along to the delivery driver.
Aside from next day deliveries, we will never arrange a delivery date without contacting you and confirming first. Once your item(s) are ready for dispatch, you will be contacted direct at least 48 hours in advance of the proposed delivery date. If you cannot accept the given date, don't worry as we will rearrange for a more convenient time. If a date is agreed and no one is present on this day to accept delivery, this will be classed as a failed delivery and a surcharge will be incurred in accordance with our T&C's.
